3.3 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment.

4.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

4.3 Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur late payment fees and interest charges.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days' written notice for recurring services.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the property
• Notify us of any hazards, obstacles, or special requirements
• Ensure pets are secured during service visits
• Remove or identify valuable items, decorations, or fragile plants
• Provide accurate property information for quoting purposes
• Maintain adequate water supply if required for services

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

6.1 Quality Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will rectify any issues at no additional cost.

6.2 Weather Delays: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather.

6.3 Natural Growth: We are not responsible for natural plant growth, disease, or environmental factors beyond our control.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Insurance: Jay Pro Lawn Mowing maintains appropriate public liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7.3 Property Damage: While we take care to prevent damage, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed items, including irrigation systems, cables, or decorative features.
